Food and meal is most concern when any person tries to loss weight, but the food plays vital role in our energetic life. So be care full when trying to choose food or meal for losings weight that should not damage your body basic requirements.   • Eat slowly, enjoy your meal and participate in conversation. It is hard to recognize our body's "full" signal. Make it a habit to pause halfway through each meal. Stop and pause to evaluate if you are still hungry. Listen to your body to know how much you should eat.
  • Avocados are a great alternative to some of the fatty snacks out there.

  • Three bean salad is a good recipe to add to your diet. You can prepare a version of it that is low in calories at home. Combining three cans of beans with dressing can yield a wonderful meal for your weight loss regimen. This is enough for you to eat for a whole week.

  • If you are a big fan of salad dressing, switch it up with olive oil or vinegar. If you are prone to eat veggies this way, you will find these options to be a great calorie saver.
