Keys To Loss Weight

Important ways to loss the weigt.

1. Eat breakfast.

Mom was right - breakfast is the most important meal of the day! A well-balanced, filling breakfast will set you on your way to making healthier food choices throughout the day. Starting your day with a healthy meal will give you a lot of energy, and prevent over-eating and snacking.

2. Watch less than 10 hours of television per week.

Between the TV and the computer, the average American spends at least 5 hours per day looking at a screen. By replacing tube time with other hobbies or exercise, you can burn an extra 100-200 calories/day.

3. Try to get 30 minutes of exercise per day.

It doesn't have to be lifting weights or running on the treadmill. Next time you are planning on driving or taking the bus even a short distance, try walking. A half-hour may sound like a lot, but it will make you feel better, look better, and energize you. Plus, it’s the same amount of time as a TV show!

4. Weigh yourself once a week.

If you’re trying to lose weight, it’s important to give yourself a reality check and commit to a healthier lifestyle. Try weighing yourself at the same time in the morning with the same scale each week to get an accurate number. If possible, keep a weekly weigh-in diary, so you can keep track.

KNOW ABOUT WHICH EYEWEAR LENS COLOR SUIT YOU

EYEWEAR LENS COLOR REFERENCE GUIDE

For Industrial application purposes, this Lens Color Reference Guide will help you understand the functionality of “task-specific” lenses and how to determine what type of lens is best for your application and environment. It is important to understand why there are more lens color options, often necessary, than a Clear, Gray or Mirror lens. The basic rule of thumb for choosing a lens is to consider color opposites. Blue is opposite of Yellow and Red is opposite of Green. Therefore, Red lenses will absorb Green light and Yellow Lenses will absorb Blue/Ultraviolet light, and vice versa. Try on the
different AOSafety lenses and learn for yourself the differences, functions and benefits of the different lens colors.

Further i will post colour by colour advantages and disadvantages

Paint Your Nails

Matt is back! The chalk board effect on a gunmetal grey or black adds a whole new dimension to nails. The  matt effect works nicely with nudes and reds; just make sure the colours you use are opaque tones. Another great effect is to accent the matt with some gloss top coat giving a 3D embossed effect or add some Swarovski crystals to enhance that wow factor.

1. To get this look paint your nails black.

2. Allow to dry and then apply Matt top coat from Orly over just half of the nail.

3. Attach small gems, using a small piece of blu tac on the end of a cocktail stick, pick them up and place on the line between the gloss and matt top coat. Secure them with a small dab of top coat.

just want to change my eye colour

What if I just want contact lenses to change my eye colour?

Now a days contact lenses are the part of fashion. There many reasons to wear the contact lenses, eye colour change is one of them.

● If you just want contact lenses that change the colour or appearance of your eyes rather than correct your eyesight (‘zero powered’ contact lenses), you’re not legally required to have a fitting and specification, but it is in your best interest to do so. You need to take the same degree of care when buying and wearing these lenses as with any other lenses. It is essential to have adequate instruction on lens care solutions, hygiene and handling, and to follow all the recommended care procedures.

Causes Of Stretch Marks

Stretch marks

Rapid growth and weight gain, such as with puberty and pregnancy, can stretch your skin, leaving pink, red, or brown streaks on your breasts, stomach, hips, buttocks, or thighs. Medicines, such as cortisones, and health problems, like diabetes or Cushing’s syndrome, also can cause stretch marks. Creams that claim to prevent stretch marks are of little value. Yet stretch marks often fade over time.

Guide For Good Eyeshadow

 Eyeshadow Beauty Guide

  1. For best results, pick up your eye shadow color with the side of your eye shadow brush, not the tips. Running the brush across with the tips of the bristles only picks up too much product, and sends it flying. You know this is you if you get a 'hole' in the middle of your color. Apply by pressing on the color instead of brushing it on to avoid color from falling. Great for applying dark and heavily frosted and glitter colors.
  2. To make a powdered shadow color go on stronger, apply your colored shadow with a makeup
sponge or an eye shadow applicator. The color will go on exactly the way you see it in the pan.
  3. For a softer version of an eye shadow color, pick up some white or cream colored eye shadow first on your brush, next pick up your color and then apply. The lighter color will soften the intensity of the
    pigment.
  4. Your colors not going on right? Are you getting colors in the wrong area? It could be your brush
that's the culprit. Make sure your brushes fit the area you are applying to. The smaller the brush, the
smaller the application area. Smaller brushes are great for applying under the eyebrow. A larger, flat
brush is perfect for shadows that go on the lids. A long fluffy shadow brush is great for the crease. It's
    all in the brush.
